GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Manebid Gift Voucher ("Voucher"). By redeeming this Voucher, the holder agrees to be bound by these terms.

This Voucher entitles the holder to the following complimentary services with Manebid:

• Nomination fee - (usually $49) and
• Gold Marketing Package - registered horses (usually $149) or
• Silver Marketing Package - other horses (usually $79)

ELIGIBILITY

• This Voucher is valid for use on the Manebid platform at manebid.com.au.
• The Voucher may be redeemed by the original recipient or any person to whom the Voucher has been legitimately transferred (including family members or friends).
• The Gold Marketing Package component is available to registered breeds only. Proof of breed registration may be required at the time of nomination.
• The Voucher is valid for one (1) horse nomination only.

VALIDITY PERIOD

• This Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
• The nominated horse must be entered into a Manebid sale within this validity period.
• Vouchers that are not redeemed within the validity period will expire and no replacement or extension will be provided, except at Manebid's absolute discretion.

HOW TO REDEEM

• To redeem this Voucher, contact Manebid directly by phone on 1300 831 410 or by email prior to nominating your horse.
• The Voucher code or physical card must be presented at the time of nomination. Manebid reserves the right to decline redemption where the Voucher cannot be verified.
• Redemption is subject to availability and the entry conditions of the relevant Manebid sale at the time of nomination.Manebid reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including breed registration papers) before processing a nomination under this Voucher.

RESTRICTIONS

• This Voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents under any circumstances.
• This Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or voucher unless expressly permitted by Manebid in writing.
• This Voucher cannot be upgraded to a higher marketing package by paying any difference. The Voucher covers only the specific packages listed above.
• This Voucher cannot be reloaded, topped up, or applied as a credit toward future sales or services beyond the single nominated horse.
• This Voucher is not for resale. Any Voucher that has been sold, auctioned, or otherwise transferred for monetary consideration will be void.

TRANSFERABILITY

• This Voucher may be freely transferred to a family member or friend at no charge.
• The transferee takes the Voucher subject to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
• Manebid accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or destroyed Vouchers and recommends the holder keep this Voucher in a safe place.

SALE CONDITIONS

• Acceptance of a nomination under this Voucher does not guarantee entry into any specific sale. Entry remains subject to Manebid's standard sale Terms and Conditions, catalogue deadlines, and any applicable eligibility requirements.
• The marketing services provided under this Voucher are subject to Manebid's standard marketing package descriptions as published on the Manebid website, which may be updated from time to time.
• Manebid reserves the right to substitute an equivalent package where the specific package covered by this Voucher is unavailable for a given sale.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Manebid provides no guarantee of sale outcome, buyer enquiry, or sale price in connection with the use of this Voucher.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manebid's liability arising out of or in connection with this Voucher is limited to the face value of the services provided (nomination fee and appropriate marketing package).
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights the holder may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

GENERAL

• Manebid reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw this Voucher program at any time, provided Vouchers already issued and valid will continue to be honoured during their validity period.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state or territory in which the Voucher was issued.
• Manebid's decision on all matters relating to this Voucher is final.
